Prison-Core is the best, and cheapest core for your prison server. Many features are already built in, Private-Mines are easily setup, Ranks are already made on first time use, gangs is a simple to use system. There are still many features the developer can add, and is adding. Some include: Pouches, Crates, Robots. These are not complete to my satisfaction yet, they will need more development time but expect an update including them soon! Private Mines
Private mines is one of the top features for this plugin. It is easy to setup, and it works well. It is quick through the use of FAWE, you can easily manage your mine through gangs. You can change the size, block through the tiers. You can make it rank based, through Tier 1 = A, Tier 2 = B. Or through goals. Like Tier 1 = A, Tier 2 = B + $150,000 extra cash to increase difficulty.

Want a general Prison server? This plugin has ranks built in. It is easy to use, and quick to edit. It is already created for you so you just need to worry about prices.
Gangs
Gangs
With gangs, you can manage your mine. Invite your friends, or kick them off if they annoy you and steal from you! Disband your gang to join another. Or become a leader yourself!
